Corporate Services Manager
Location: Portsmouth - 1 day hybrid working
Salary: Up to 45,000
Hours: Monday-Friday
We are working with a growing, dynamic company seeking a highly trusted and discreet professional to take on the role of Corporate Services Manager. This is a key position supporting the executive team and board, with a focus on maintaining robust corporate governance, processes, and compliance across the business.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Services Manager will oversee corporate administration and ensure effective implementation of systems, controls, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will be a highly confidential and dependable professional, supporting senior leadership in a role that requires integrity, discretion, and a trusted presence.
Board and Executive Support: Prepare agendas, collate materials, take minutes, maintain action registers, and ensure smooth running of board and executive meetings.
Corporate Governance: Manage company secretarial duties across the group, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
Records & Document Management: Maintain centralised, organised, and compliant corporate records; support initiatives to move towards paperless processes where possible.
Policy Oversight: Draft, update, and maintain corporate policies, ensuring they are communicated and approved appropriately by senior leadership.
Legislation & Compliance: Keep abreast of relevant legislation, statutory obligations, and regulatory changes, recommending action where necessary.
Data Protection: Act as the Data Protection Officer, maintaining GDPR compliance and associated policies.
Due Diligence & KYC Support: Provide timely corporate information and documentation as required.
Project Support: Undertake ad-hoc projects and provide support to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team as needed.
Proven experience in corporate services, company secretarial support, or a similar governance-focused role.
Ability to operate with high discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive information and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable supporting a growing business with dynamic processes and requirements.
Salary up to 45,000 (DOE)
Flexible hybrid working (1 day in the office per week)
